Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing professional services pertaining to Cost Allocation and Rate Design in support of the Utility Rates and Studies Office in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 001).
