Brief Description of the Requirement (Please see attached for FULL Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (N6134026R0014): This Commercial Solicitation sets forth the requirement for leasing booth spaces for the InterService/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA) is the exclusive provider authorized for Exhibit space at the OCCC for I/ITSEC 2025. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to NTSA in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated award date is NLT 24 November 2025. The contractor shall provide Exhibit booth spaces for all associated Government booths, 149, 1333, 1233, 1239, 1339, 249, and 2135) and meeting spaces. Booths 149, 1239 and 1233 are expected to be proffered. The space shall be provided from 25 November through 5 December 2025.
