Upon receipt, the in-service engineer at each receiving site will conduct an inspection of the delivered material and report any damage or discrepancies to the Contract Specialist, who will notify the contractor. The contractor is responsible for managing all returns of damaged, defective, or non\u0002compliant material, including arranging for return shipping and providing replacements in a timely manner. Exception: • For the EVGA graphics cards, part number 10GP53885KR, it is recognized that these items are obsolete and only a limited number of new units remain available from vendors.
