Service requirements include the existing Internet service, cable TV service, and phone service with 2 phone lines with unlimited domestic calling and 911 functionality. This conversion/purchase shall be made under FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures; FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than full and open competition applies.
