This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement is for professional architectural and engineering services to conduct a feasibility study for constructing a lab within the Ingenuity Hyperspace Building at the Central Florida Research Park (CFRP) to host a Navy platform called the Virtual Joint Environment for Tactical Training Systems (VJETTS) and associated office space. VJETTS will be utilized by NAWCTSD, UCF, and Team Orlando.
