FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct a technology refresh and system configuration upgrade to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) MH-60R Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT) located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
