## Description

**AMD 0003:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 12 May 2025. AMD 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update Section J to:

1) Update Attachment 01, Statement of Work;

2) Correct administrative error for Attachment 02, Contractor Surveillance Plan;

3) Update Exhibit A003, Risk Management Framework;

4) Provide Attachment L-5 responses; and 5) Update provisions and clauses IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts.
