## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis and solicitation of the quoted item; no additional request for quotes and/or request for solicitation will be issued.
