## Description

**AMD 0003:** The purpose of this amendment is to update Section J to:

1) correct an administative error for Attachment 4f, w hich should reflect LCS, not NSS, and;

2) Update Attachment 4g, AMD 1 NSS New port CBA (1-1-24). Please contact Rebecca Woods at rebecca.a.woods2.civ@us.navy.mil and Lisa Mardin at lisa.m.mardin.civ@us.navy.mil to request the updated attachment.

**AMD 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

(a) add the Priority Rating in Block 1 of the SF33;

(b) incorporate FAR 52.211-15 (Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements), FAR 52.211-14 (Notice of Priority Rating for National Defense Use), and CDRL A00A (NSS CIS - Mobilization Plan, Schedule and Organizational Chart);

(c) respond to questions; and (d) update the PWS as detailed in Attachment L-5. As a result, Sections A, I, J, L and M have been updated. Please contact Rebecca Woods at rebecca.a.woods2.civ@us.navy.mil and Lisa Mardin at lisa.m.mardin.civ@us.navy.mil to request updated attachments.
