The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, FL awarded a sole-source contract for the Undergraduate Military Flight Officer (UMFO) Multi-Crew Simulator (MCS) device 2B51 Block II hardware and software modifications.
