Sole Source to Milwaukee Cylinder Inc. See redacted justification attached. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. Milwaukee Cylinders is the original equipment manufacturer and the only source for this equipment. These parts were customized to fit the pressurized testing system for Wave Dancer Project. As the OEM, Milwaukee Cylinders is the only source with the documentation, personnel, and in-house resident knowledge to properly fabricate and assemble these components for the Wave Dancer Project.
