## Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to comply with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-1(d) posting requirement. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a FFP contract on a sole source basis to David Perkins Enterprises, Inc., 7538 McElvy RD Panama City Beach, Florida 32408-4919, United States (CAGE Code 1J0J6) for the acquisition of Air Booster Pump Assemblies (ABPA) Build Kits for the manufacture/repair of ABPAs for fleet outfitting.

The options will be exercised during fiscal years 2026 – 2031. The delivery timeline for the base quantity of 45 units is 235 days after award. Option 1 for 46 units, 235 days after option exercise, while options 2 through will for five unites respectively will be 180 days after option exercise. The Government’s minimum needs have been verified by the certifying technical and requirements personnel. See attachment for details under Sources Sought Notice N61331-26-SN-Q08
