This is to post the FINAL Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Consortium Request for Proposals (RFP) Seabed-Subsea, Littoral, Asymmetric-Autonomous, Mining and Mine Hunting, Expeditionary, Robotic (SLAM2ER) Consortium for N61331 - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Panama City Division (PCD) This opportunity notice has been revised and has a total of three attachments: Main Document - OTA Solicitation for CM Attachment (1):

**NSWC PCD Technology Areas Attachment (2):** DRAFT NSWC PCD OTA Base Agreement for Consortium Manager The Government has updated the following based on feedback:

1. Sections 1.3 and 1.4 of the solicitation have been updated. Please utilize this version of the solicitation as the most current document.

2. Section numbers 9 (Technology Areas) and 35 (FAR and DFAR Clauses Incorporated by Reference (when applicable under individual RPA/PPA - OTA’s) have been updated. The Technology areas in the Agreement now coincide with Section 9 of the Agreement document.

3. All Attachments have been re-uploaded.

**Proposal Submission Deadline:** No later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time - 3 August 2026.
