**Amendment 1:** Full and Open Competition This procurement is a Full and Open Competition. Email quotes to kaitlin.h.summerville.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Tuesday 25 November 2025 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes.
