## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Shearwater Research for the delivery and reconfiguration of custom Perdix 2 dive computers. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: Shearwater is the OEM of the equipment that is required to be supplied and custom configured. As such, only Shearwater has the access to proprietary information to perform the required tasking.

**Destination:** USA - FL - 32407 Panama City Beach All quotes submitted in response to this announcement shall be reviewed if submitted by the close date. RFQ must include supporting documents: Capabilities Statement, Proof of past performance for similar work, and cage code.
