The use of any other vendor would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Tracer Technologies Incorporated, DBA ECO Division, is the only source that can satisfy the Government's requirements. The extended period of performance will provide an additional 36 months that will occur from 28 July 2025 to 27 July 2028, if all options are exercised. The NAICS code is 335910.
