## Description

**UPDATE**--Site Visit was conducted on Monday, 19 May 2025, 10:00 a.m. CDT. Please, see Contractor questions and Government responses in attachments --Site Visit questions-N6133125R0028 NSWC-PCD has a requirement for services to repair a covered, 12’ deep, approximately 10’ diameter, in-ground test tank/pool (Building 528). The inner surface of the pool is deteriorating and flaking off, rendering the pool unsuitable for Navy purposes.

To maximize the life of the pool repairs and minimize future maintenance, the existing pool structure shall be lined with a carbon/epoxy skin/structure. This surface will allow the Navy to retain the pool size, minimize maintenance, and it will tolerate the heating and cooling that the pool is subjected to. The top three feet, approximate, of the pool is raised and surrounded by an exterior concrete deck.

**NOTE:** This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS-238990; Size Standard $19M PSC-Y1PA Please read the attached solicitation in its entirety, which includes the SOW, provisions, and clauses. In addition, please see the attached respective wage determination.
