This procurement is sole source for the following reason: KUTL is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment that this upgrade kit will be used with. As the OEM, KUTL has proprietary knowledge of the inner operations and requirements of their equipment, making them the only source for the item(s) listed in this procurement.
