## Description

LTE MANPACKS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Cornet Technologies for LTE Manpacks with voice comms and external amplifiers. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: NSWC PCD requires a man portable rugged capability to enable 5G/LTE wireless connectivity and edge computing for teams of operators and robotic systems.

The items listed in this procurement are unique in that they collocate these services in a small off-the-shelve product. No other vendor offers a man portable ruggedized product that provides both 5G/LTE wireless connectivity and edge computing in one unit. Cornet Technology does not sell through distribution and is the only source for the items listed in this procurement.
