## Description

This procurment is a Small Business Set-Aside. Email quotes to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 7 March 2024 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping on your quote. See the attached redacted Brand Name Justification, description, and quantity.

The clauses/provisions for this procurement is also attached. Please review all attachments. ROSEMOUNT X-STEAM XEGP The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of Rosemount X-STREAM Enhanced General Purpose Process Gas Analyzers. This procurement is brand name for the following reason: the items in this procurement are going to be used to duplicate a test lab.

If another brand or model were selected, it would not be an exact duplication of the existing testing lab, thus introducing unacceptable risk for testing variation.
