The OBMs shall be picked up from and returned to Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLCFS), Virginia Beach, Virginia by the Contractor in lots of up to five each and possibly in multiple lots. Pickup of the OBMs shall be made within five working days of notification by the JEBLCFS point of Contact identified below, that they are ready for pickup. The Contractor shall have all necessary personnel and equipment to pick-up and return, at a minimum, five OBMs, either palletized or un-palletized to JEBLCFS point of contact. The inspection, repair, and refurbishment shall be completed using a certified Suzuki Technician or Mechanic.
