## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Thermetrics, 4220 24th Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98199 (Small Business CAGE Code 7FD27) for the acquisition of a custom NEMO Thermal Manikin System. NEMO is a fully submersible thermal manikin system designed to operate underwater at depths of up to 10 feet (3 meters) for testing the thermal properties of dive suits, marine survival gear, and other protective garments made to perform in direct contact with water.
