The Government requires award to XEROX CORPORATION IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B)- Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. These services are for the Lease and Maintenance of Xerox MFDs and SFDs. FSC/PSC is: T099 NAICS code is 541611 Small Business Size Standard is: $24.5 million Period of Performance (POP): 06/01/2024-05/31/2025 (Base + 4 Option Years) Service Location(s): Multiple Locations inclusive of various buildings that support Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center including contractor facilities and shipboard.
