A Justification and Approval has been prepared. The period of performance is estimated to be 5 years after award. PSNS & IMF requires yearly ongoing support from DRS for ASPU-MC cybersecurity assessment and updates. All components/parts of the ASPU Motor Controller system are proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities, in a quote. To do so, respond to this requiremnt no later than 4 September, 2026 2:00 PM, PST. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. PSNS & IMF will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intenet. Only written responses will be considered.
