The period of performance shall be from approximately 22 December 2025 through 24 February 2026. INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – REPAIR OF SPARE EDG GOVERNORS This requirement is for the repair of two (2) spare Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Governors. Drake Controls – West LLC., is the original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) authorized service provider for the EDG Governors. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small Business Size Standard of $12,500,000. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is J061: Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Electric Wire And Power Distribution Equipment. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10 December 2025 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with subject line stating - RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR N4523A26Q5703. A determination to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
