PSNS & IMF requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) the Inspection, Testing, and Repair of the HPAD, HPAC, LPAD, and LPAC in support of the submarine. All components/parts of the HPAD, HPAC, LPAD, and LPAC are proprietary to the OEM. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities, in a quote. To do so, respond to this requirement no later than 23 October 2024 3:00 PM, PST. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
