This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a non-personal services contract to provide a comprehensive service agreement to maintain, repair, and provide technical support for mission-vital instrumentation. The Agilent Technologies Gas Chromatograph/Mass Selective Detector (GC/MSD) and GC/ECD (Electron Capture Detector) instruments are past warranty, so a service contract is needed to maintain instrument function and longevity. The listed instruments have been used for validated laboratory analyses for 10-20 years, and a continuance of the service via a Base plus 1 option year contract is needed to maintain instrument function and longevity. See attached SOW for full details of this requirement. This requirement is being competed as a 100% total small business set aside, and the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service type contract. This is a non-personnel services contract.
