This requirement is for a preventative maintenance service agreement and calibration of Universal Test Machines, Hardness Testers, and a Load Cell. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332911- Industrial Valve Manufacturing. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is 4820- Valves Non-Powered: Machinery & Components The size standard is 750. The authority for soliciting a single source under simplified acquisition procedures is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i-- Soliciting Competition, which states that contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). This Notice of Intent Is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes- No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 2 June, 2025. Interested parties must furnish information by email only with subject line stating - RESPONSE TO INTENT TO BRAND NAME FOR N4523A-25-Q-0030. A determination to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
