## Description

This contract action was for firm fixed-price base plus four option years. This contract award action was a sole source for task order under DON Spiral 4 for cellular services and devices. Justification for exception to fair opportunity were provided according to FAR 16.505(b)(2). The order was issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency as a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract.
