## Description

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 440) intends to issue a firm fixed price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source. An award will be made on or about 21 Dec 23 to JOKELL 628 Innovation Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23320. The delivery date 4 March 2024. This is a supply type contract.

It is to provide Circuit Breakers parts; 1. 3275VL05-ARC Contract Support – 1 each, 3275VL06-Upper Terminal Block -3 each,3275VL07-ARC Chute Runner – 4 each,3275VL08-ARC Chute Lift Block- 1 each, 3275VL09-Main Contact Washer- 6 each, 3275VL10-Screw with Lockwashe-12 each, 3275VL11-Stud, Upper Lead- 3 each, 3275VL12-Nameplate, Warning- 1 each, 3275VL13-Support Pin – 3 each.

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 332710 Special Industry Machinery Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with an SBA Size Standard of $500 personnel. Product Service Code (PSC) 3695. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities that satisfy the requirements listed above.

The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor’s capabilities and experience that demonstrates the ability to supply items. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
