## Description

This is a performance work statement for a program offered by the State of Washington. This is a sole source (see justification attached). Washington Conservative Corps or WCC, is a program for students who work and learn on the job for a combination of pay and education benefits. The result is a reduced fee due to cost sharing. The US Government is able to contract with the State of Washington for services at a reduced rate as compared with commercial market. The services for this project include:

1. Vegetation Management to remove invasive plants and replace with native species, 2. Forestry Support and 3. Recreation Enhancement.
