This requirement meets the conditions of far 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirement. This acquisition of commercial services uses policies and procedures of FAR part 13 with appropriate FAR Part 12 provisions and clauses. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The small business size standard is 12.5 million dollars. The Product Service Code is J039. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be December 19th, 2025 to February 28th 2025. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOls), proposals, or quotations. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOls, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
