Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source, Firm?Fixed?Price (FFP) contract to Airgas USA, LLC gas delivery and pick up service for high purity gases required by Mid-Atlantic Regional Materials Test Laboratory. The supplier shall, at most, provide the following gases: 10 Cylinders of UHP Hydrogen, 99.999% Pure, Size 300 CGA 350 20 Cylinders of UHP Argon, 99.999% Pure, Size 300 CGA 580 30 Cylinders of Zero Grade Air, size 300 (THC <1.0 ppm) CGA 590 15 Cylinders of UHP Oxygen, 99.999% pure, size 300 CGA 540 20 Cylinders of P-5 UHP (5% Methane, balance Argon), size 200 CGA 350 15 Cylinders of UHP 99.999% Pure Nitrogen, size 300 CGA 580 This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 325120 (Industrial Gas Manufacturing), which has a size standard of $12 million, and PSC W068 (Lease-Rent of Chemical Products). The anticipated award will include one (1) Base Year of performance in 2026. Services include all labor, materials of specialty gas delivered and cylinders leased.
