Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source, Firm?Fixed?Price (FFP) contract to East Coast Metrology for the Tolerance-based Calibration & Repair with as found and as left data of (5) Government?owned position, geometry and dimensions measurement equipment: 17025 Total Station Calibration, Model: NET1, Serial 102687 17025 Total Station Calibration, Model: MS60, Serial 899260 17025 Total Station Calibration, Model: MS60, Serial 890022 17025 Total Station Calibration, Model: SRX1X, Serial 102001 17025 Total Station Calibration, Model: NET1, Serial 890023 This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), which has a size standard of $34 million, and PSC J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Instruments and Laboratory Equipment). The anticipated award will include one (1) Base Year of performance in 2026. Services include all labor, materials, OEM parts, calibration standards, traceability documentation, and certifications necessary to meet the Government’s technical requirements. The solicitation is anticipated to be available no later than Friday July 31, 2026.
