**AMBIENT, MEDIA:** WATER, AIR SWAGELOK P/N DIBRT-091624-PANEL008-MOD. This is a firm fixed price sole-source brand name requirement to SWAGELOK. On page four (4) of this Request for Quote (RFQ) under the heading "Continuation of Description" there is a list of attachments.
