## Description

Request for Quote (RFQ) #N4215825QE089 is for the procurement of one (1) HYTORC Torque Wrench Part Number LST-700-U and for one (1) HYTORC Torgue Wrench Part Number LST-1200-U. Please see the attachments Continuation Report 1 (Attachment 1) and Continuation Report 2 (Attachment 2) for more detailed descriptions. This is a brand name sole source requirement. There will be no substitutions. Attachment 3 is the Technical Capability Statement.

Attachment 3 must be completely filled out to include the boxes checked yes in the adjacent column, and the bottom must be initialed and dated. All quoted prices must include any and all costs like shipping, etc. Please fill in the RFQ and the Technical Capability Statement and forward by September 16, 2025, at 11:00am Eastern Daylight Time.
