This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. This is a brand name sole-source procurement. The Refrasil Cloth SHALL BE HITCO PRODUCT CODE UC100-96GRNS/2. The coating color shall be medium green. This shall be heavyweight, fire-resistant and abrasion-resistant silica-glass cloth. Please fill in and sign the attachment labelled "RFQ (Request for Quote) N4215825QE062. "Attachment 1 - Technical Capability Statement N4215825QE062" shall be filled in also. Please check yes next to the items on the Technical Statement if you are able to meet the requirements. Fill in and sign the bottom portion also. Please include shipping costs in your quote.
