This requirement will be solicited as Sole Source Brand Name, and it will be sole-sourced to Innovative Air Technologies in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. No other manufacturer will be considered. Vendors and wholesalers of this item may be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333415. Requests for Quote (RFQ) will be available for download on or about 16 May 2025 at http://www.SAM.gov under RFQ number N42158-25-QE063.
