The other attachment is the RFQ (Request for Quote) number N4215825QE062. Please fill this in as applicable. Do not miss sections 30a, 30b, and 30c. This award is for full and open competition for vendors who have a clear understanding of the specifications and the related MIL-Spec numbers.
