## Description

This is a request for quote for Marine Chemist Services. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement. All services will be performed at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. The prices requested include:

1. The price for intitial visit and inspection for one space.

2. During the intitial visit, the price for any additional inspections, toxicity tests, and related adjacent areas, as requested by the Point of Contact (POC).

3. The hourly rate that would be added to the fixed services price for any work done before or after the stated hours of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. There are also prices requested for the same items for two additional option years. Any vendor submissions must fill in and sign the Request for Quote (N4215825QE014) and the attached document ( Attachment A- Vendor Technicality Capability Statement N42158QE014).
