## Description

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking a contractor to provide all material and equipment necessary to accomplish Static Bitt, Torsion, and Rated Load Testing of #2 Mooring Capstan. The anticipated Period of Performance is Septermber 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025.
