There is no solicitation available at this time. NNSY intends to award a contract to overhaul the engine of a Detroit Diesel (DDC) series 92 DDEC engine number 08VF0152204. 3.2.11. The newly overhauled Engine shall be load bank tested at Contractor’s facility. Contractor shall provide any and all required components needed for load bank testing. Again, this is not a request for quotes or proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than 7 February 2024 by 4:30pm EST. A determination by the Government to not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
