## Description

This commercial item acquisition will be full and open competition with a geographical restriction. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541614. This is a 100% full and open competition with geographical area restriction for Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is only a sources sought notice to determine the markets capability to support the Governments requirement.

The objective of this requirement is to acquire contractor support services to manage and operate the United States Department of Navy (DON) trans- shipment and warehouse facility located at the Commander Logistics Forces, Navy Central Command, Forward Logistics Site (COMLOGFORNAVCENT FLS) located at Shed 57 Jebel Ali Free Zone Seaport, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). See attached for more information. Contractors are requested to provide response on the following:

1. Intent to participate in this solicitation effort 2. Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) ID number 3. System for Award Management Unique Entity identification (UEID) and Cage Code 4. Any clarifications or questions on the Statement of Work Please provide your response on the above to express your intent no later than 10AM, 19 June 2024 (UAE Local time). Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a)(12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in the United Arab Emirates as prescribed by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.1103(3).
