## Description

Replace Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) network switches and meters and restore full functionality to the AMI system for AMI meters at selected wharf substations, to provide core network switch infrastructure and user workstations for the AMI system, and to additionally provide equipment for AMI system diagnostics and repairs at facilities throughout Naval Base Guam and associated auxiliary sites.
