## Description

Provide environmental services to survey aggregations of seabirds within the Tinian MLA and provide reports needed to maintain compliance with environmental planning and regulatory processes, including the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), Sikes Act (P.L. 86-797, as amended, 16USC§ 670), and NEPA, as applicable.

These federal and local government environmental mandates require all action proponents to use the best available science to conduct an assessment of potential impacts on protected migratory species arising from mission activities. All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Twelve (12) months from the date of award or from 26 March 2024 up to and including 25 March 2024.
