All WSHP shall be replaced with package rooftop air conditioners heat pump with duct mounted electric heat for back up heat during heating season. All existing ductwork connected to existing WSHP shall be cut and removed up to the point where it can be connected to new package rooftop air conditioners heat pumps ductwork. All existing supply and return diffuser shall remain in place and be reused. All existing ductworks that are not on the way or will not interfere with any new work or construction can be cutoff and blankoff and abandoned in place.
