## Description

The Contractor shall provide skilled labor and construction management support services to the Government at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic (MIDLANT) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The primary work sites will be in Hampton Roads VA, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Illinois, and Indiana; and Marine Corps installations in North Carolina and South Carolina locations.
