The work includes the demolition of buildings/structures, associated sidewalks, pavement driveways, utilities, detached garages, and associated structures and equipment that make up the said property. All utility lines shall be removed back to the nearest main junction location. All disturbed grounds shall be backfilled, compressed and returned to match adjacent nature. This includes filling as required for foundation voids left behind. Gravel is to replace areas that have asphalt surrounding structures that were removed and could become potential parking areas of equipment or POV's. Please ensure all ACM reports are pulled from EMD. A complete set of specifications and drawings will be included in the solicitation. The work includes the demolition of buildings/structures, associated sidewalks, pavement driveways, utilities, detached garages, and associated structures and equipment that make up the said property. All utility lines shall be removed back to the nearest main junction location. All disturbed grounds shall be backfilled, compressed and returned to match adjacent nature. This includes filling as required for foundation voids left behind. Gravel is to replace areas that have asphalt surrounding structures that were removed and could become potential parking areas of equipment or POV's.
