## Description

The work includes the replacement of two roof-top mounted HVAC units. Existing unit roof curbs are to be protected during demolition and will be re-used in combination with a modification kit provided by HVAC manufacturer to facilitate the installation of new units.

Only the 8(a) Design-Build (DB)/Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Facilities Primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility, for contract numbers N4008523D0030/0031/0032/0033/0034/0035/0036/0037/0038 and N4008524D0052 can provide a proposal in response to this project.
