## Description

Naval Weapons Station Earl(NWS), Colts Neck NY. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, accessories and supervision to perform the work necessary to the requirement as further described. Demolish existing Fulton HTL-200 Flash tank and associated equipment. Turn the existing equipment over the NWS Earle, recycling branch. Furnish and install new HTL-200 Flash Tank system including two pumps, accessories and pipes in-kind.

Contractor shall verify field conditions and prepare installation procedure prior to the delivery of the Flash tank system. Install the Flash tank system for a minimum working pressure of 125 psig. Provide the tank with a vent and valve drain. The Flash tank system shall be installed in accordance with all applicable codes and specifications. Provide support for existing hanging pipes which do not have sufficient support system.

The contactor shall ensure that the new Flash tank system and attached equipment are safe, fully functional, and operational. The system start-up and operation performance shall be verified by manufacturer’s representative.
